Kat Yearsley, a professional furniture restorer, will explain her methods and techniques for restoring damaged pieces as well as applying a new finish to existing pieces. Also, we’re having an extended show-and-tell, encouraging everyone to bring at least one thing to show to the group. With the long break in in-person meetings, we would like members to bring something they made during COVID.
Wood Robot entriess are due at the March meeting. This will be a great way to use some of those pieces in your scrap pile!
The second Wednesday of each month, club members meet in the Ouachita Activities Bldg at the Ponce De Leon Center (1101 DeSoto Blvd). The “meet & greet” time is from 6:30-7 PM. The 7 PM meeting opens with club business items followed by a break and then the main program presentation typically wrapping up by 9 PM.
